Shipping policy

Tonneau Fit ships to the United States. We're proud to offer free standard shipping on every tonneau cover.

Processing time

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 3–6 business days after shipping, depending on your location. Larger hard and retractable covers ship by freight/ground carrier and may take slightly longer.

Shipping cost

Standard shipping is free on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may incur an additional charge or longer transit time; please contact us before ordering for a quote.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed automatically once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days, contact support@tonneaufit.com.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Lost or delayed shipments

If your tracking shows no movement for several days or your package is marked delivered but missing, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it quickly.
