Refund policy
The 30-Day Perfect-Fit Promise. We want you to be completely confident in your purchase. If your tonneau cover isn't right for your truck, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund — with no restocking fee.
Return eligibility
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be in resalable condition, with all original parts, hardware, and packaging. A test-fit on your truck is fine — that's the whole point of the promise.
- Covers that have been altered, damaged through misuse, or installed permanently (e.g., drilled) cannot be accepted.
How to start a return
Email support@tonneaufit.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll respond within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you a confirmation and issue your refund to the original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.
Return shipping
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: we cover return shipping and send a prepaid label, and we'll replace the item or refund you in full — your choice.
- Change-of-mind or fitment returns: the customer is responsible for return shipping. There is never a restocking fee.
Damaged in transit
Inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days at support@tonneaufit.com with photos and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Exchanges
Need a different size or model? Start a return for a refund and place a new order, or email us and we'll help you find the correct fit for your year, make, model, and bed length.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before they ship. Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
